The rights granted to Whirlbathe by the United States of America Patents #4,419,775; 4,553,299; 4,581,781; Des. 303,185; Des. 303,329; and Canadian Patent #1,207,502 are as follows:

A complete recirculating means is patented, meaning the whole complete system, comprising a pump, pipe, air and water mixing means, suction fitting, outlets (jets) and all controls is covered for existing bathtub installations.

The placement of a water pump on an existing bathtub is granted, meaning no one but an authorized Whirlbathe Dealer can legally install a pump on an existing tub.

The installation of pipe, whether it be rigid, semi-rigid or flexible between the bathtub and the pump is granted, meaning no one else can legally install any pipe on an existing bathtub.

The installation of a suction fitting or inlet on an existing bathtub is granted.

The installation of water outlets or jets on an existing bathtub is granted.

The installation of an air volume control on an existing bathtub is granted.

The installation of an air blower on an existing bathtub is granted.

The method for easily and inexpensively drilling through porcelain coated tubs is patented.
